Two Technology Veterans Have Joined Cloud Hosting and Colocation Provider
Cheyenne, WY -- April 15, 2014 -- Green House Data, a leader in infrastructure services including cloud hosting and colocation, today announced that its board of directors has appointed two new members. Joining the board are Sam E. Galeotos, former CEO and president of Galileo International; and J. Todd Raymond, Executive Chairman of Allied Fiber and former CEO of Telx.
“We are thrilled to welcome both Mr. Raymond and Mr. Galeotos to the board of directors,” said Shawn Mills, President and founding member of Green House Data. “With their combined successes at service-oriented technology companies, I am confident they will contribute to Green House Data’s mission of delivering high performance, custom technology from the most environmentally efficient data centers in the country.”
Todd Raymond is currently the Executive Chairman of Allied Fiber. He was formerly with the Telx Group, Inc. where he served as CEO, President, COO, General Counsel, Controller, and Director. During his time with Telx, Mr. Raymond guided the company through financings, acquisitions, SEC registration, and sales to private equity firms. He was a founder of an engineering and staffing services company, Stratus Service Group, where he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Raymond took Stratus though private capital raises, acquisitions, and the Initial Public Offering of the company’s stock on NASDAQ.
Sam E. Galeotos is the former CEO and president of Galileo International, a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation. Before Galileo International, Mr. Galeotos was CEO of strategic distribution and travel services for Cendant. In 2001, Cendant acquired Cheap Tickets, Inc. where Galeotos served as president and CEO. At Worldspan, Galeotos was responsible for global operations of computer reservations, airline services and e-commerce. Prior to Worldspan, Galeotos served as system manager for automation sales with Delta Airlines.
