Green House Data Tops Chart for Fastest Cloud In Denver Area

CHEYENNE, WY – 2/1/2012 – Cloud hosting and colocation provider, Green House Data, announced today that their infrastructure as a service product tops the chart for the fastest cloud in the Denver area. Testing was performed by Compuware via CloudSleuth.net, the company’s cloud performance testing application.

With a response time of 0.42 seconds to Denver, Green House Data ranks as the fastest cloud for the area, a speed that is more than three times faster than the second closest provider. These competitors include companies such as Amazon EC2, Rackspace, GoGrid and over a dozen others. The company attributes their speed to high performance cloud infrastructure built on the latest hardware as well as strong network connectivity from multiple carriers (Century Link, Zayo, Level 3).

To achieve the speed analytical data, the company launches identical applications within each cloud platform. Test transactions are then deployed and monitored for response time and availability from various points around the globe. This information is then automatically reported on the website and can be seen in time frames from six hours to thirty day performance histories.
