Throughout a History of Change, Creating Business Value For Customers Remains Our Constant Priority
Over the past decade, change has been a constant reality for business technology leaders and their teams, shaping and reshaping everything from their role and level of collaboration in an organization to the impact of bringing data, smart applications, and cloud technologies into their businesses.
At Lunavi, we knew from the start that helping our customers succeed requires us to change with their needs. We’ve remained closely aligned to their business priorities, evolving our own capabilities and offerings over the years to more fully support their increasingly diverse and complex business and IT goals.
In the last six years, for example, we expanded our geographic footprint and our service offerings in Microsoft Azure, modern apps, security, and disaster recovery through strategic acquisitions. We also deepened our talent bench, expanded partner relationships, and refined our unique delivery team model, which is focused on building strong, strategic partnerships with our customers. The result is more robust support for clients in technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and others.
These changes are a big part of Lunavi’s ongoing journey, but they’re not the whole story. Equally important is our unwavering focus on delivering business value for our customers. Over the years, this clear and constant priority has fueled our innovation and determination to provide customers with superior solutions that give them an edge both today and in the future.
Recently, I had the opportunity to look back at some of the different ways we’ve translated technology solutions into added value for our customers. In an interview with Sean Tario as part of his ongoing podcast series, “I Love Data Centers,” I recalled our start in the industry as a “green” data center and how our unconventional approach resulted in greater and more sustainable value for our customers. By rethinking conventional data center design and investing in renewable energy, we were able to provide companies with a welcome alternative to the highly inefficient datacenters of competing colocation and managed services providers.
Then, as now, we weren’t afraid to challenge the status quo to create a more effective solution or service in order to deliver greater value to our customers. And over the years, we continue to build on this strategy by staying close to customers to understand their unique needs and business direction, while reimagining what’s possible to develop highly effective alternatives to conventional enterprise technology solutions. We are always finding a better way to adopt, use, and get the most of technology.
Today, as organizations look to digitally transform their businesses to become more nimble, cost-efficient, and competitive, we are able to provide a breadth of capabilities and depth of expertise to help them get and stay ahead, from complex modern application design to wholesale migration to the cloud.

On the Application Development side, we can help them speed innovation while integrating data and analytics into the application platform to measurably decrease time to value. While doing this, we also bring in a high-performing Delivery Team to share proven Agile and DevOps practices and methodology to teach our customer’s teams the necessary skills to stay ahead.
We also provide the end-to-end support customers need to strengthen their current capabilities. On the business consulting and managed services side, we help customers identify and address immediate needs within their unique organization and IT environment. Sometimes that means taking a step back and figuring out if and where there are broken processes. We can step in to manage those, freeing up customers to really focus on their business need and driving business value.
